STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: Making Lamar Safer, One Door at a Time! We are incredibly proud of three innovative East students, Jason Easterling, Autumn Conklin, and Kyren Broomfield who identified a campus security need and took action! These outstanding students developed "Project Peephole" to enhance classroom safety by installing peepholes in our classroom doors. Not only did they identify the need, but they also professionally presented their solution to both our administrative team and school board. Their presentation was so impressive that supplies were immediately approved! This is what student leadership looks like - seeing a problem, creating a solution, and making our school community safer for everyone. Way to go, Warriors! Keep an eye on our EAST facebook page for more information and updates on the project! #StudentLeadership #SchoolSafety #StudentInnovation
