Lamar High School students recently had the opportunity to attend the Broadway production of Beauty and the Beast through the Walton Arts Center Bridges to Broadway program.
Students enrolled in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Film & Literature, Choir, and Band experienced the magic of live Broadway theatre—many for the very first time. This unforgettable experience brought classroom learning to life and gave our students a firsthand look at the artistry, storytelling, and collaboration that go into a Broadway production.

We’re proud of our Lamar FBLA students who recently competed at the District I FBLA Spring Conference in Fort Smith!
Our students represented Lamar well across a variety of events, and we’re excited to celebrate two Warriors who placed in their competitions and have qualified for the FBLA State Leadership Conference in Little Rock this April.

Join us February 13th for a fun night celebrating our Lamar Youth Athletics and honoring our seniors!

🕔 Senior Night begins at 5:00 PM
🏀 Senior Girls tip off at 5:30 PM

🎉 Youth Recognition Times:
• K–2 Youth will be recognized at halftime of the Senior Girls game
• Grades 3–6 Youth will be recognized at halftime of the Senior Boys game

👕 Youth athletes are encouraged to wear their LYA jerseys if possible so we can show off our Warrior pride!
