Our campuses are coming together to support community projects like Toys for Tots, Blessing Boxes, and Cleats for Kids, while students compete to see which class can bring in the most canned and packaged foods. 💪❤️
Families will find tons of activities at Santa’s Workshop — crafts, letters to Santa, cookie decorating, Christmas caroling, story time, and even pictures with a Highland cow. It’s a great night to celebrate the season and give back.

At any time a question or concern is brought to our attention that directly affects this commitment, the district will take swift and appropriate action.
On November 10th, 2025, the district began an investigation into a concern regarding the use of social media as a source of contact between a teacher and a student. After an immediate and thorough investigation of those concerns, the district filed the necessary reports with the appropriate state agencies. On November 11th, 2025, the employee resigned and is no longer employed with the Lamar School District. As this is a personnel matter, the law does not allow any further details to be released by the school district. As always, the Lamar School District is committed to taking swift and appropriate action to ensure the safety of our students.

November 14th was Diabetes Awareness Day, and one of our 4th grade Warriors got to read a book to Miss Martinez 1st grade class and answered their questions about diabetes! She enjoyed sharing her story. We are so proud of our diabetic Warriors, overcoming the challenges they face daily. 🩵
