At approximately 3:30 the Lamar School District "Cow" route bus was involved in a minor traffic accident on Hwy 64 near Dollar General. There were no reported injuries and the transportation department sent another bus to continue transporting students home. Students who ride the "Cow" bus will arrive home approximately 15-20 minutes later than normal.

This week 7th Grade Science students practiced measuring matter using metric units. They measured mass, volume, temperature and length. They also observed Charles' Law to see how temperature affects gases.
