K-12 Curbside Pickup:  Registration Packet & Blended/Virtual Enrollment Form

• Who:
  • ALL K-12 Students (Blended & Virtual) 
  • Exception – Kindergarteners who’ve already registered
• Where:
  • Kindergarten drop off, under the awning
• When:
  •  August 13 8:30am – 3:00pm
  •  August 14 8:30am – 3:00pm

K-12 Curbside Pickup: Chromebook & materials  for VIRTUAL Students ONLY

• Who:
  • ONLY K-12 Students enrolled in VIRTUAL Instruction
• Requirements to receive Chromebook & Materials:
  • Completed & Signed:
    • Virtual Enrollment Form
    • Completed Registration Packet for each student
    • Lunch Form
    • ALL Handbook Forms
    • McKinney-Vento Form
    • Agricultural Survey
    • Home Language Survey (only for new students to the District)
• Where: 
  • Kindergarten drop off, under the awning
    • Turn in ALL completed forms & Registration Packet
    • Receive COMPLETE PACKET & FORMS TICKET
    • Go to Southside of Kindergarten Building Parking Lot
    • Present Ticket & receive Student’s Chromebook & materials for Virtual Instruction
• When:
  • August 17 7:30am – 4:00pm
  • August 18 8:30am – 3:00pm

• Who:
  • ONLY K-12 Students enrolled in BLENDED Instruction
• Requirements to receive Chromebook & materials:
  • Completed & Signed:
    • Blended Enrollment Form
    • Completed Registration Packet for each student
    • Lunch Form
    • ALL Handbook Forms
    • McKinney-Vento Form
    • Agricultural Survey
    • Home Language Survey (only for new students to the District)
• Where:
  •  School Building Blended Student is attending
• When:
  • August 24 (1^st Day of School) per the Building Administration & Faculty’s Schedule
